Shipping

Continental United States

Standard shipping is free on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for $7.95.

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment. Orders placed before noon Pacific Time typically begin processing the same business day.

Alaska and Hawaii

Shipping is $25. Typical delivery is 5–8 business days after shipment.

International shipping

Oorie does not currently ship internationally.

Order processing and cancellations

Orders normally enter fulfillment within one hour. An order may be canceled if it was placed less than one hour ago and fulfillment has not started.

Once fulfillment has started, the order cannot be canceled. You may still return an eligible product after delivery.

Address changes

We can update the shipping address before an order enters fulfillment. Once fulfillment begins, we cannot guarantee an address change. If a carrier tracking number already exists, contact the carrier for available delivery-management options.

Tracking

Tracking becomes available when the carrier receives the shipment. A tracking number may display “Label Created” for up to 24 hours before movement appears.

Lost packages

A package may be considered lost when tracking shows no movement for five consecutive business days, or when a carrier marks it delivered but it cannot be located after 24 hours.

If a package is marked delivered, please first check around the delivery area, with household members, and with neighboring units where appropriate.

30-day home trial

Oorie Air One, Air Mini, and Oorie Sense may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Major components originally supplied with the product should be included. Original packaging is preferred but not required.

Oorie provides a prepaid return label. No restocking fee applies.

Non-returnable items

• Used replacement filters
• Gift cards
• Products damaged through misuse
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

Defective products may still qualify for warranty service.

Refunds

Refunds are initiated after a return is received and inspected. Inspection generally takes 1–2 business days. After approval, refunds typically appear on the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or card issuer.

Shipping upgrades are not refundable.
