These Terms of Service govern your use of Oorie websites, mobile applications, connected products, subscription services, support services, and related offerings provided by Oorie, Inc.

Using Oorie services

You may use Oorie services only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Accounts

Some features require an Oorie account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep account information reasonably current. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless prohibited by law.

Orders and pricing

Prices, product availability, and promotions may change. We may reject or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, inventory error, or other circumstances that make fulfillment impracticable.

Oorie Refresh

Oorie Refresh is an optional recurring filter subscription. You may change delivery frequency, skip a shipment, update an address, or cancel before the next subscription order processes. Once an order processes, standard order and return rules apply.

Connected products

Some Oorie features require internet access, a compatible mobile device, and a supported Wi-Fi network. Internet-dependent features may be unavailable during outages or network interruptions. Core air-purification functions continue to operate without an internet connection where supported.

Health and safety

Oorie products are consumer air-quality products and are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Oorie devices are not substitutes for certified smoke detectors or carbon-monoxide detectors. If you suspect a fire, carbon-monoxide exposure, or another emergency, leave the affected area and contact emergency services.

Intellectual property

Oorie software, product designs, content, trademarks, logos, and related materials are owned by Oorie or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

Software

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Oorie software solely in connection with Oorie products and services. You may not reverse engineer, circumvent security controls, or use Oorie software in violation of law except where such restrictions are prohibited.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Oorie services are provided without guarantees that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Air-quality readings are intended to provide useful household information and should not be treated as certified laboratory measurements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oorie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Changes to services or terms

We may update our services and these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice where appropriate.
